Novotel Sydney Olympic Park

Excellent location. The man at check-in was lovely, very polite, and friendly.

The location for attending events at Accor and Qudos Bank arena couldn’t be better, right across the road. There were multiple food options right at the doorstep and a couple of bars as well. It was easy to get to by car, and despite there not being any parking spots on site the closest parking garage was only a 10 minute walk from the motel and your bags could be left at reception while parking at other garage, and the overnight parking at other garage was cheaper than that of motel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and a plus for having tea/coffee and small fridge. The included breakfast was a great surprise as thought it would just be a continental breakfast but was full buffet breakfast and very fresh with good variety. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially the doorman who when we had problems with the parking gave us complimentary drink vouchers for the inconvenience.

Everything was good was j7st an overnight stay as went to tennis centre to watch Croatia vs Norway before check in.as game was 10.30. Was good parked our car in parking, paid for breakfast and on our way. Then next day morning game Greece vs Chile breakfast included and could leave car at hotel till after match was good rather than drive back and forth to both games from home as about hour away The lovely lady i always get when we check in beautiful New Zealander lady never get her name I forget did say plenty of room on the finals if needed to stay on 7th January if too late finishing that was nice

From booking, to check-in, to navigating the area, to breakfast and check-out - our whole trip was easy and stress free! We booked a King Room, had a beautiful view from our 13th floor room! King room had plenty of space, comfortable bed, bathroom with toiletries and a little balcony area. We opted for the room with breakfast included and added parking. Having the parking and breakfast included/available made life so much easier and was far cheaper than previous accommodations we had stayed at, which were not as close to the venue we were headed to for our concert. We are already talking about our next Sydney trip and hoping to book our accommodation with Novotel again!!

as renovations were taking place full use of eating facilities was not available, I did appreciate the options provided at other hotels close by though. As occupancy was low I was able to check into my broom early and as I arrived at the hotel from an early flight from New Zealand this offer actually made my stay one of the best I have had at a hotel. Therefore I would recommend tis hotel to people travelling from overseas.
